Raymond Bierens

Strategic Advisor, Dutch Government.

Raymond Bierens is a PhD researcher on decision-making processes on digital risk at the Amsterdam Business Research Institute of the University of Amsterdam and chairman of the Connect2Trust Foundation. Connect2Trust is the largest multinational CTI-sharing organization in Europe that is acknowledged by government. He also is a strategic advisor to the Dutch Government on several topics related to cyber resilience with his 25 years of experience in the field at Accenture and Atos as Global VP for Defense, Intelligence and Critical National Infrastructure. Raymond holds two master degrees, various scientific publications and is a lecturer IT Audit & Risk at the Vrije Universiteit and Digital Risk at the Groningen University.

Yuriy Gatupov is VP Sales Director and Co-Founder of Labyrinth Security Solutions, where he leads commercial strategy and growth for a cutting-edge deception-based cybersecurity platform focused on early threat detection and prevention. He brings over a decade of leadership experience across cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and business development, having held executive roles including CEO and Business Development Director. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled high-impact partnerships with global cybersecurity vendors and driven expansion across international markets.Yuriy holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and has also served as CISO for a Ukrainian Armed Forces unit responsible for special-purpose software development, combining strategic leadership with deep operational expertise in high-stakes environments.

Yasemine Toennes 

 Threat Intelligence Advisor at Quo Intelligence.

Yasemin Toennes is a cybersecurity professional specializing in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), with a strong focus on translating complex threat landscapes into actionable insights for organizations across Europe. In her role at QuoIntelligence, she works at the intersection of intelligence, policy, and risk, helping organizations navigate an increasingly complex environment shaped by geopolitical tensions, regulatory frameworks such as the NIS2 Directive, and evolving cyber threats. Yasemin brings a strategic perspective to CTI, emphasizing its role as a critical foundation for informed decision-making rather than a purely technical function. She is actively engaged in the European cybersecurity community, including participating in high-level discussions such as the ENISA CTI Conference 2025, where she has contributed to dialogues on public–private partnerships and the future of threat intelligence. Her work centers on enabling organizations to anticipate campaigns, prioritize risks, and strengthen resilience by turning intelligence into meaningful, real-world impact.

Lukasz Nowatkowski 

 Cybersecurity Advocate at Xopero Software. 

Associated with the #cybersecurity industry for over 20 years. He administered and built the first wide area networks. He is the co-developer of the first antivirus vaccine against the Sasser worm, which spread on Windows-based computer systems in 2004.He has made a large number of public appearances (presentations / conferences / TV / Radio / Internet). As a long-time administrator of Linux and Windows systems, he has learned the capabilities of attackers and the threats posed by external and internal users of IT systems.He was attacked and he attacked; now he shares this knowledge to improve cyber security. At Xopero Software, he is responsible for communication and taking care of Xopero's image. As Cybersecurity Advocate, he represents the company in the media, at conferences and on the Internet.
